Most folks don't know firsthand how unpredictable the disposition of a moose can be. In the 1970's, while guiding elk hunters here in Wyoming, John had the misfortune of experiencing the qualities of an 'out of sorts' bull moose. After this short territorial squabble, all went their separate ways.
